What information we collect and how we use it

Any information we collect from you is never shared with a third party.   Your address, telephone number, e-mail address, company name, credit card number, billing address, or any other information we collect is solely used internally by staff of Destination Pocono.  We may use your e-mail address to send a newsletter or promotion to you, however we will allow to you opt out at anytime, sometimes right there and then in the e-mail itself.  We will keep an invoice on file that lists your name and address and any activities and/or packages that you book with us.

How we protect your information

We will never share your personal information with any of our partners.  Your personal information is kept on file with us and us alone.  When we confirm your reservations, we only confirm using your name and your confirmation number.  All other contact information will be used only by Destination Pocono.

Our Web site contains links to other sites, operated by third parties, that we think may be of interest to you. We encourage third parties to follow appropriate privacy standards and policies, but are not responsible for the actions of those parties, the content of their Web sites, or any products or services they may offer.

Survey participation

You may receive an e-mailed survey from Destination Pocono to ask you about your overall experience in using our company.  We sometimes ask about specific activities, lodging and transportation aspects of your experience.  Information you provide to us via the survey may be shared with our partners.  We will only share your comments and will never under any circumstances give your personal information to them.  If the partner wishes to speak with you in regards to a comment from you, Destination Pocono will contact you to inform you of this and the choice will be up to you.
