What should I know about this activity?

River trips range from two-hour excursions to overnight camping adventures.  Open Memorial Day through mid-October, canoeing is available seven days a week. Canoes hold two to four people and rafts hold four to people. Minimum age in a canoe is 6 and minimum age in a raft is 3. All participants must know how to swim. Parking, shuttle transportation to and from the river, life jackets, paddles, river maps, and safety orientation are all provided.
