What should I know about this activity?
Rules and regulations vary by ski resort. Beginners packages with lessons and rentals are available. Young children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Dress warmly and in layers. Snow sports are available in the Poconos when the weather provides natural snow and/or can sustain artificially-spread snow on the slopes, typically in the months of December through March.
